Export Compliance
Certain titanium and specialty-alloy components may be subject to U.S. or international export control regulations. Both Fourward Systems and the customer are responsible for compliance obligations that apply to their role in the transaction, including destination, end use, end user, and controlled-technical-data requirements. Fourward Systems may request additional information, decline a project, or require controlled-content handling before accepting a scope.

"Export Control or Sanctions Laws" means all applicable export, re-export control, and economic sanctions laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the trade and economic sanctions maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control, and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
Customer represents and warrants that it is not located in a jurisdiction subject to OFAC trade and economic sanctions, and that it is not listed on the Specially Designated Nationals List, the Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List, the Denied Persons List, or the Entity List.
Customer will not, directly or indirectly, sell, export, re-export, transfer, divert, or otherwise dispose of compute capacity, equipment, or controlled technical data received from Fourward Systems in breach of Export Control or Sanctions Laws, and will not use capacity for materials or activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
Fourward Systems may request end-user, end-use, and destination information, and may decline, suspend, or terminate a project if it reasonably believes a breach has occurred or would occur.
