Precision Machining for Titanium and Specialty Alloys

Material-inclusive contract machining. Finished components quoted to a drawing or specification, with material sourced and included in the part price.

What We Deliver

Finished titanium and specialty-alloy components, quoted to a drawing or specification. Material is sourced and included in the part quote — no commodity stock list, no drop sales. We deliver parts, with the documentation the project requires.

Materials We Machine

Reference grades we are tooled to machine. Equivalent and custom grades on request.

Machining Capabilities

We machine titanium and specialty alloys for finished parts. Milling and turning are the core scope; geometry outside that path is priced from the drawing, material, quantity, and inspection package. Send the drawing and we will tell you the route.

Tolerance & Finish

Drawing callouts govern. The quote carries the surface finish, inspection method, and acceptance criteria before the part moves into production.

Extended Network

If a part needs processing beyond machining and inspection, we price that work as part of the finished-part quote. The RFQ package needs the drawing notes, finish callouts, and any outside-process requirements up front.

Inspection & Documentation

Inspection reports, material records, travelers, and special documentation are listed in the quote. That list becomes the deliverable with the finished parts.

Annual Programs

Scheduled releases and repeat-build coordination for ongoing programs.

Scheduled Releases

Commit to an annual volume (blanket PO) and schedule releases monthly or quarterly to align with build cycles.

Repeat-Build Coordination

Recurring part families travel against a maintained traveler so the next release runs against the same accepted process.

Program Safety Stock

Buffer-stock arrangements for program partners are discussed during the annual commit.
